Alejandro Marin, Associate Attorney

Alejandro Marin, Esq. is a California family law attorney who represents clients in all aspects of divorce, child custody, support, property division, and domestic violence restraining order matters. Since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2019, he has made more than 350 court appearances in courthouses throughout the state, representing clients from Sutter County in Northern California to San Diego County in Southern California. His extensive courtroom experience includes contested hearings, multi-day trials, depositions, and complex litigation involving high-conflict custody disputes and significant financial issues.

Prior to entering private practice, Alejandro served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis M. Cota of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, where he assisted with federal cases involving civil rights claims, habeas corpus petitions, and appeals of administrative decisions.

Alejandro earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he combines extensive courtroom experience with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to resolving family law disputes.
